The executive settled in the new role, it had transpired that there was opportunity to uplift the executive’s visibility in the region and further enhance the personal brand.
OUTCOME:
Client recognized what behaviors enhanced executive presence and the impact it would have on others who worked closely or remotely. A vision of the personal brand and a key stakeholders map were established. A list of do’s and don’ts were generated to guide the day-to-day behavior. The executive lobbied the vision with the senior team and got their buy in for regional launch.

Client was newly promoted to head Asia Pacific. The goal was to further enhance presence in the region.
OUTCOME:
Significant increased in the share of voice in all regional meetings with his/her opinions and recommendations often referenced. Client identified how to leverage own strengths in business and enhanced how to communicate to different audiences with impact. Established a key stakeholder network and fostered relationships at global, regional and country levels.
